Saw Dust Dryer Machine

ⅠIntroduction

Saw dust dryer, which mainly consists of air boiler、feeder、pneumatic dry pipe、cyclone separator and draught fan, uses screw conveyer to bring the powdery and granular wet saw dust into the dry pipe continuously. It is a process of getting powdery and granular dry products through evaporating water from the wet materials when transport and scatter the high speed hot air flow.

Ⅲ Operating Principle

Saw dust dryer consists of heat furnace、feed inlet、rotary dryer、filter、material conveying pipe、cooler and discharge outlet. Rotary dryer is installed on the driving roller, which is driven by motor and speed reduction transmission to rotate slowly. Feed inlet is between the heat furnace and rotary dryer, rotary blade is in the rotary dryer, a baffle is installed on the joint of rotary dryer and filter 4 and open a hole on the baffle. One end of the filter is connected to rotary dryer and another end to material conveying pipe, a baffle is installed in the filter and the slag discharge hole is in the bottom of the filter. One end of cooler is connected to material conveying pipe through air blower and another end is connected to the discharge outlet.

Due to the above structure, the saw dust can be fully dried through the rotary dryer, and the saw dust should be fully scattered again when taken into the material conveying pipe so that it can evaporate the water fast. The baffle blocks the impurities in the saw dust to assure the quality of the saw dust taken into the material conveying pipe. Blowpipe and rotary dryer dry the sawdust inside the dryer, materials become boiling and fluidifying and fully contact with the hot air, this is the drying process.
